Let's start from the beginning..
The Accountability Equation is a framework I developed using business tools that I tested and perfected over years of building my group practice. I read all the business books, tested all the systems, and used trial and error to build a practice with a leadership team that could really support and grow the business.
I now have 4 locations, generate 7+ figures in annual revenue, and have more than capable staff running my entire practice without needing me daily.
Now I'm on a mission to help more therapists build group practices that run like clockwork.

Maureen Werrbach
Hi. I’m Maureen Werrbach – owner of a 7+ figure group practice in the Chicago area with 4 successful locations and founder of The Group Practice Exchange — where I coach other group practice owners on building systems and designing their leadership to create their own thriving 7+ figure practices that can run themselves so you can do what you love most.
I’ve gone through all the trial and error finding what works so you don’t have to. I currently run 3 separate businesses and still make plenty of time for myself and my VIPs. And I couldn’t have done it without implementing this framework in my business.
In The Accountability Equation™, I’m sharing with you the exact framework I use to delegate the right things to the right people and hold them accountable for doing those things well.

Casey Gromer
Hey there! I’m Casey Gromer. I’m an MBA graduate with over 20 years experience working in business and marketing. I’m currently serving group practice owners as a business strategist and Fractional Integrator. I’m an expert at creating efficient systems that shave time and help practice owners like you reach success.
Maureen is one of my favorite clients. Together, we have perfected her team’s Accountability Chart and Performance Dashboard so that she rarely has to worry about what’s happening in the business.
Over the last several months, I’ve worked with multiple group practice owners who’ve asked for help structuring their teams and ensuring everyone is on the same page, doing their part to move the business forward – even when they aren’t owners or founders of the business.
This framework was designed using Maureen’s experience designing delegation systems that are working across the board. You’re going to see examples of what’s working for others and also be able to custom design the system that works best for your practice.
Nathalie Edmond
Nathalie Edmond, PsyD, RYT-500 is a licensed clinical psychologist, experienced yoga teacher and JEDI practitioner who takes an integrative perspective to her consultations and trainings. She believes that transformation happens when we integrate mind-body-spirit and have an embodied dialogue.
She is trained in mindfulness, multiculturalism and intersectional feminism and takes a trauma informed approach to her work. She believes that anti-oppression work begins within one's self and includes addressing all oppressed groups and identities as we work towards liberation of all beings.
She grounds herself in the idea that racial justice is a spiritual practice. She regularly leads anti-racism, trauma informed and diversity trainings for clinical practices, libraries, school districts, religious groups, corporations, nonprofits, activism groups and yoga communities.
Niki Ramirez
Niki Ramirez is the Founder and Principal Consultant at HR Answers LLC, an organization dedicated to providing progressive, practical human resources consultation, guidance and support to small businesses. Niki holds an MBA in HR Management and three different HR certifications.
Her HR experience spans well-over 20 years, including: serving in operational management and leadership roles, community college adjunct faculty, and as a human resources executive.
She carries with her a strong desire to educate and empower employees and their leaders to work in partnership to design and implement meaningful human resources programs that drive the success of their organizations.
As an expert facilitator and trainer, she is known for supporting clients in walking away with actionable goals and strategies for improving their organizations, as well as defining their own path and designing their future personal and professional success.
She has also been blessed to have facilitated seminars at local and national conferences over the years.

What is The Accountability Equation™ Framework?
This online program is a 12-week program that is a combination of self-study with pre-recorded video lessons and bi-weekly implementation coaching calls. The framework of The Accountability Equation™ flows through five stages, called the 5As. These five stages walk you through essential steps that lead to an accountability structure that is clear and fool proof
Who is The Accountability Equation™ for?

When do live sessions start?
This program starts April 2024.
The Implementation Coaching Calls with Maureen are every Tuesday. Each call duration is 2 hours. The Implementation Coaching Call is for 1-hour. After each Implementation Coaching Call with Maureen is an Accountability Meeting with a TGPE Team member for an additional 1-hour.
